What everyone asks
Do I need to install anything?
No. DaleOK! runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Does it work with my barcode reader?
Yes: a USB or Bluetooth reader works like a keyboard. If you do not have one, the phone camera reads barcodes and QR codes.
Can I have several branches?
Yes: each branch has its own stock and register, and you move goods between them with transfers.
Does the online store use the same stock?
Yes. Customers see whether it is available (never the quantity) and, on payment, stock is reserved at the branch that has everything.
How do I get paid?
In store: cash with change, bank transfer or Mercado Pago QR. Online: Mercado Pago or bank transfer.
Can I import my products?
Yes: from a spreadsheet or a Tiendanube/Nuvemshop export, with their variants.
Can I invoice the customer?
If you have Mi Comprobante, yes: every sale is ready to invoice and the invoice goes out by email or WhatsApp.
Do my staff see everything?
No: you enable section by section and the branches you choose.
